Sports Therapy Massage
'In Memory of our dear son "Daniel" Sports Therapy graduates who trained at university with Daniel will be offering a pre and post event massage service, first aid and warm up and cool down advice
So no need to worry about those aching muscles before or after the run! the ACLT Sports Therapy Team will have you feeling right as reign in no time!
Come along and see our team on the day for some friendly advice and for all your massage and Sports Therapy needs
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Entry requirements:
Runners and joggers 16 years and over are welcome. Race restrictions prohibit roller skating or joggers/walkers with pushchairs. We advise that you consult your doctor or seek guidance from a suitably qualified professional prior to engaging in any moderate or vigorous physical activity, especially if you have an existing medical condition or injury.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACLT 10K MARROWTHON IS ONLY OPEN TO UK CITIZENS WHO HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE UK FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS
Registration confirmation:
Once we have received your completed application form we will email back with a Welcome Pack so you are able to start raising funds
The closing date for all completed registrations to be submitted to the ACLT office is Friday 22nd June 2012
